Wendy Sunega comes to Canine Foundations with an extensive background in animal care, law enforcement and over 21 years of adult instructing and facilitating.  Wendy’s background includes; Animal Cruelty Investigator, Provincial Investigations Coordinator for the Ontario SPCA, Volunteer and Foster Animal Coordinator for the Toronto Humane Society, Volunteer and Education Coordinator for Wildcare Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Human Resource Assistant for the Ontario Racing Commission, instructor at Georgian College for the Foundations and the Animal Handling and Enforcement classes in the Animal Care program and Volunteer Vice President of the Board of Directors for a farmed animal Sanctuary.

Wendy brings her extensive knowledge, teaching background and hands-on experience to the classroom in teaching Canine Foundations’ Law and Animal Handling courses.
